Potato Soup

  • 1 bag Ore Ida O'Brien Hasbrowns (16 oz., frozen)
  • 4 cans fat free vegetable broth
  • 1 pkg. McCormick Country Gravy Mix

Spray pan with Pam. Saute potatoes 10 minutes, stirring gently. Add broth and bring to a boil. Prepare gravy mix according to pkg. directions. Add to potatoes and broth. Simmer 20-30 minutes.
Serving size: 1 cup soup, Weight Watchers points: 2
