Chairman Mike Gilchrist Mike is a founder of the Washington State
chapter. Mike also sits on the Puget Sound Recreational Fisheries Enhancement
Oversight Committee and regularly attends an ad-hoc committee meetings on

state board of Puget Sound Anglers. Clint is Chairman of the Puget Sound
Recreational Fisheries Enhancement Oversight Committee, founder of the South
Puget Sound Chapter of Puget Sound Anglers, member of the Hatchery Reform
Coalition and participates in the North of Falcon season setting process for

Fishing Gang. She is also active in other clubs, which include the Sno-King
chapter of Puget Sound Anglers, and just recently has joined the Seattle
Poggie Club. She is a member of the Grays Harbor planning committee and also
participates in the North of Falcon Salmon season setting process for coastal

the last three years in Olympia. RFA Washington began contracting him in the
latter half of 2004. Corey is also the founder and treasurer of the
Washington Sportfishing Political Action Committee. Corey’s responsibilities
include drafting and negotiating legislation, testifying before legislative
committees, and maintaining consistent communication between legislators, the
agency and the fish and wildlife commission members. Contact:

Northwest Outdoor Writers Association. His work is seen in various
publications including a regular column in Salmon, Trout, Steelheader
magazine. Dave has also written several books, most notably “Stealhead Float
Fishing” in 1993, and is soon to complete another book on fishing for

Trade Association's Fish Committee (NMTA), the Sport Fish Advisory Committee
(WDFW), the Sport Crab Advisory Committee (WDFW), and the Puget Sound
Recreational Fisheries Oversight Committee (WDFW). He also manages the NW
Salmon Derby Series for NMTA. Policy: Todd Ripley Todd's other activities include VP of
political affairs for Wild Steelhead Coalition. Todd has Bachelor of Science
in Marine Biology and a law degree from Gonzaga University with and emphasis
on environmental law. He has previously worked for the Washington State
attorney generals office representing the Washington Department of Fish and
Wildlife. Policy: Frank Urabeck Frank retired from the position of director
of fishing affairs for Northwest Marine Trade Association. He is a member of
many committees; some of the highlights include: WDFW advisory committee for
North of Falcon, WDFW advisory for steelhead and cutthroat trout, Cedar River
council, Washington Wildlife and Recreation Coalition, Lake Washington Basin
salmon recovery committee, Seattle Public Utilities Anadromous fish
