Practically all created sites use control systems of a content of own working out that gives possibility to the customer independently to change contents of the web resource. These control systems of a content are specialised: unlike universal CMS (Joomla, Drupal and other), the user deals with already familiar objects in a subject domain habitual to it, instead of with abstract concepts of type "record, section, a content, the module, a component, a template, CSS", etc. the System has the simple and clear interface, therefore if at the user is though any base skills of job in a web (for example, it used a free mail box) it can start to work with system at once practically .
The web sites created by me work on PHP+MySQL, and can use in job the additional software and various modules of web-server Apache (mod_rewrite, GD, ImageMagick, GeoIP...).
