This Junghans 8 day mantle clock is almost like new, and it has just been
professionally cleaned and oiled. It has a beautiful blackforest
dial with two small change dials that allow you with one to have it chime,
or to have it in the silent mode and not chime. The second dial on
the right side in the arch allows you to speed up or slow down the clock
to fine tune the time. As you can see by the three holes in the dial,
this clock strikes like one playing westminister chimes. The clock
stands 24 1/2" tall, and i believe the case is walnut with lots of great
ormalu. The finials are also adorned with brass. One should
also note the nicely done claw feet which support the clock in the front,
and the two female figurines one on each side. This clock really
shows well.
