| Small Serpentine 1 wt Vienna | ||
| This small serpentine 1 weight vienna is out
of my personal collection and often referred to by most as a miniature
vienna, while others, like myself call it 3/4 size. The case measures 12
1/2" x 37"; and the dial's outer dimension is 5 1/4". This 8 day
clock is in great running condition. The dial is signed, "Ch: Eritner
& Comp, Linz", and has great hands with the original bluing.
The case has a great rosewood or wine colored patina. The only negative
is that the headpiece is just like it's pictured in the vienna book, but
not the original. Many of my friends like it without the headpiece.
This is a great "little" serpentine!!

| Austrian 3 weight Vienna Regulator | ||
|
This Austrian 8 day, 3 weight "Grand Sonnerie" or blindman's clock
is all original and in excellent condition. It has a 2 piece porcelain
dial; and the movement has been cleaned, oiled and restrung. The
movement slides in on two wooden arms. It has a walnut case accented
with burl walnut for the backboard and the bottom or base. Note also
the 4 beautiful matching finials on the door, and the finial in the arch
in the headpiece. This clock has great patina, and measures 15 1/2"
x 50." Those of you that collect weight driven viennas know that
this clock is taller than most. Almost forgot, the clock has original
pulleys and weights. The only negative on this clock is that someone
saw fit to support the two wooden slide arms with braces. Not noticable,
but there. This repair is not difficult, but should be done. And
it sounds good too!!!!
Asking: $2,500.00 US |

| Austrian 2 weight Vienna | ||
|
This is a signed Austrian 2 weight vienna by Gebr. Resch, in Ebensee, Austria.
He is better known for using the "Remember" trademark, and for starting
the first Vienna regulator clock factory in Austria. The movement is signed
and numbered. The numbering continues to the mounting bracket and
to the top of the pendulum stick. All numbers are matching.
It is nicely carved, but yet retains it's serpentine configuration. The
dial is in perfect condition, and the hands are very nice. The case
measures 15 1/2"x42 1/2," and has the original wall stablizers. The
only negative is that there has been worm damage which has been corrected,
but there.
Asking: $2,000 US |
