Fairy tale about Замоке the Devil

In ancient times veins one poor peasant, whether which thin, whether it is good, but has grown up the three children, three boys. The senior called Ришар, an average - Pierre. And the name of the younger son was Jean. All three were brave young men and to death missed in the village. And here once Ришар has come to the father and has told to it:

- My father, is time to me to choose craft. I have considered all and have decided, that is better for me will become the soldier. Allow me to leave you and to be employed in soldiers.

- Ришар, I always hoped, that to you there will be to liking a country life. But time you wish to become the soldier - well, I do not keep you. Besides, your brothers remain here and will help me. At the next night while brothers slept, on hours there was Pierre.

Midnight has come. The devil has again come and has seen, that the door is locked.

- Open to me! - he has shouted.

- I will present to you a stick.

- It will give you so much gold, how many you will wish.

- It agree, but swear, that you will not touch neither me, nor brothers.

- I swear!

Pierre has opened a door. The devil has again jumped on a room as the day before, and has disappeared.

The next night should be on guard was Ришар.

The devil has about midnight come, has knocked at a door and has asked, that it have started up in a room. Ришар has given up to a devil.

But the devil very much would like to enter, and he has told:

- Open to me a door last time, and I will give you a raincoat which will make you the invisible being and in a flash will transfer there where you will wish.

- Swear, that you will not cause harm neither me, nor my brothers.

- I swear!

After that the devil has entered into a room, has given a cloth, a stick and a raincoat-invisible being, in plenty напрыгался and has again departed through a pipe.

Next day Ришар, Pierre and Jean have left the lock, carrying away with itself gifts of a devil.

They had not time to reach wood as the terrible crash was distributed, the earth has begun to tremble, and on their eyes the lock of a devil has failed.

After a while Ришар has suggested brothers to test a stick, a raincoat and a cloth to check up, whether their devil has deceived.

Then all three were turned in a raincoat and have told:

- Raincoat-invisible being, transfer us to France, in the city of Paris.

And at once they have come to be in Paris. Brothers have come into hotel, have drunk, and then have gone to a city.

In all streets sounds of pipes and drums were heard: that officers of the French king declared, that the king will give a hand of the daughter and in addition half of kingdom to the one who will manage for one hour to prepare a magnificent feast for five hundred foreign ambassadors who have just arrived to a palace.

- Here it also is necessary for us, - has told Ришар. - I will grasp with myself a magic tablecloth and I will go to the king.

Brothers, seeing, that Ришар does not come back, have decided, that he has died.

After a few time officers of the king again declared on the city of Paris, that their master will give the daughter and half of kingdom to the one who will extract gold for payment of the repayment for the royal son who was taken prisoner to the Prussian king.

Jean took a magic wand and has gone to a royal palace. It have resulted in a huge hall, where the set of bags laid, with which it was necessary to fill with gold to collect the repayment.

Now Pierre needed to tell only to the king:

- Well, you in the wife will give me your daughter?

The king has answered it:

- It now will come to you. In an hour you can marry it. I will dispose about wedding, and you while examine together with my daughter a palace.

The princess has come and has withdrawn Pierre to itself. And at once it has seized a raincoat-invisible being.

When Pierre has tried to take away it, she has called guards. But Pierre has quickly jumped out through a window in a court yard and has hidden in a shed.

When evening has come, Pierre left the refuge and has made the way in a royal garden. Having seen on one tree fine pears, it has got on it and began to tear fruits. Thus he has noticed, that on a tree pears of two grades - big and small grew. It has typed also those and others, has filled them pockets and has gone down on the earth.

But what its surprise when, having eaten the big pear, he has noticed was, that its nose was suddenly extended on six foots! However it continued the supper and has eaten some small pears. Visitors liked fine fruits, and soon all pears have been eaten. At once noses of visitors were extended on six foots.
