I do deep tissue massage with sensitivity, using slow focused strokes, with deep finger pressure on specifically targeted areas of tension and discomfort. Swedish - light, medium and deep pressure strokes that relieve tension from the body. Esalen - using light soothing and connecting strokes, very comforting and relaxing.
