138. Andrew Jackson "Jack" Blake was born on 14 Aug 1830 in Mount Hope, Fayette County, Virginia (now West Virginia). He died on 31 May 1919 in Clayton, Summers County, West Virginia. He was buried in Blake Cemetery, Mount Hope, Fayette County, West Virginia.

Andrew Jackson "Jack" Blake and Mary P Howery were married on 26 Jan 1855 in Raleigh County, West Virginia. Mary P Howery (daughter of Jonathan Howery) was born in 1828 in Floyd County, Virginia. She died on 8 May 1889 in Fayette County, West Virginia. She was buried in Blake Cemetery, Mount Hope, Fayette County, West Virginia.
