Spiel Haus
(“Play House”), is located on approximately two acres at the
north end of the Fraser Valley near Winter Park/Fraser. Aspen
and pine trees surround the house on the lot that also has a
small meadow and seasonal stream. The house sits with a view of
the valley and the Winter Park ski area and
is conveniently located close to Rocky
Mountain National Park, national forest land.
