Donate Your Boat
 

The RHYC Sailing School has become known for the tax deductible donations and resale of good boats.  The School is a 501(c)(3) Corporation and will provide a receipt for your tax deduction.  Proceeds from boat sales are used to provide sailing school scholarships.

Oftentimes, owners no longer want their boat for any number of reasons.  They have found it very convenient and tax effective to donate the boat to the RHYC Sailing School rather than try to sell it themselves.

Buyers of donated boats have come from as far as Minnesota, Arkansas, North Carolina, and Georgia to buy our boats.  We want only sound boats and the titles for the boat and trailer must be in absolute good order.
