Have you been looking for Unique Designs? Something different to stitch for yourself or to give as a gift to family and friends? The search is over, we at Adventures in Stitching strive to create new and different looking designs in cross stitch, hardanger, embroidery and counted thread. We have designs for all levels of stitcher, from beginner through intermediate and advanced. Most of the designs are small and make great gifts! For a challenge try one of our bigger pieces which can be used as doilies, napkins or centerpieces for a festive dinner party.

The designs here are adaptable to almost any color scheme and thread type. The models shown are stitched with silk that were hand dyed by Vikki Clayton and many use Kreinik braid to add sparkle. Some of them have the option to include beads and/ or charms which can change the character of the stitched piece. This makes expanding your ornament collection quick and easy. Stitch up different variations and give them as gifts to friends and family. Most are sized for finishing as Christmas ornaments but are sized to fit nicely in the square coasters available at most craft stores or may be finished as scissor fobs, needlecases or sachets. The sky is the limit, let your imagination soar. We would love to see how you have finished your stitched piece. You may choose to have your design emailed to you as a pdf or a paper copy mailed via USPS. If you choose a paper copy there will be an additional charge to cover the cost of printing and shipping.
