Rice Audio® offers a lifetime repair or replacement warrantee. Rice Audio® will repair or replace any unit that fails through normal use at no charge other than return shipping and handling cost. However, Rice Audio® may impose a repair cost for components that are easily damaged by misuse such as labels, painted finish, switch caps and control knobs, and electrical connectors. The Piezo-film sensors are somewhat fragile until mounted on the instrument. Warrantee is void on the sensors if not installed with a removable adhesive and removed as per the installation instructions.
