Division 4 of the Rocky Mountain District of Kiwanis International consists of six Kiwanis Clubs, with a strength of 224 members, and growing!  The geographical areas covered include the counties of El Paso, Teller, Lincoln, Kit Carson, Cheyenne, and parts of Douglas county in central and eastern Colorado.

The Lt. Governor, who is the official representative of the Division, has three major responsibilities:

There are currently 17 Divisions that make up the Rocky Mountain District of Kiwanis International.  The District covers a geographical area that includes the entire states of Colorado and Wyoming, and the western panhandle of Nebraska.

The 2004-2005 Governor of the Rocky Mountain District is Paulette Barney, and the District Secretary is Pam Bilby.
