    INNOVATIONS

    Creator of the Brooklyn Program, a 16 week strength based approach to substance abuse using tools from Neuro-Linguistic Programming and depth psychology to provide alternative treatment to substance abusers in the Federal System. The program focuses on building experiences of efficacy, self esteem and future orientation to move participants into active goal oriented sobriety.

    Designer of the Eastern District of New York's first Drug Court program within the United States Probation Department.
