In Montreal, two days before wedding, Michael Hendricks and Rene Leboeuf march in the Gay Pride Parade there.  Their challenge to the exclusion of gay couples from marriage resulted in a court order for Quebec to drop the exclusion.  Quebec is appealing.  In the provinces of Ontario and British Colombia, however, the government agreed to comply with similar court orders immediately.  We left Montreal to drive to Ottawa, which is in Ontario.
