Dual Boot on Toshiba Satellite 1115-S103 1) Get a copy of the BootItNG 1.44MB diskette image http://www.terabyteunlimited.com/bootitng.html 2) Blast it onto a bootable CD-R using some other computer. 3) Boot the CD-R in the Satellite 1115-s103 4) DO NOT install BootItNG to hard disk. Instead, select "Work with Paritions" 5) Cut NT partition down to 5GB in size. This should not cause any loss of data on the NT partition if the notebook hasn't been used much yet. 6) Make a 1GB Linux swap partition, and allocate the rest to a Linux root (/) partition. 7) Now boot and install Redhat 8.0 as described elsewhere.
