R-v3 USB Digital Master cable is completely handcrafted from the ground up starting with RSAD's exclusive ExLGII bare silver conductors and utilizes materials processing, build materials and build techniques that have taken hundreds of thousands of years to develop....Well, several years anyway. THE CONDUCTORS Data +/- conductors are an oppropiate characteristic impedance to eliminate phase shift signal relfection distortions. Vcc/Gnd conductors use a very large gauge for an extremely fast and extremely low impedance path for the DC support circuitry. Dual annealing of the conductors go beyond typical single or double cryogenic treatments. RSAD's ExLGII silver goes through a process where the crystal lattice is enlarged then compacted which results in a virtual homogenous single grain conductor. An Industry first Impurities extraction/microscopic cleaning process readies the conductors for it's final step: Polishing to a literal high definition mirror finish surface.   BUILD MATERIALS An innovative approach to build materials exclusive to RSAD uses insulators that have the lowest dielectric constant possible - critical for eliminating distortions created by a dielectric's storage and release properties at high frequency / high speed data transmission. All materials are also consummate to each other, i.e. their polar properties are virtually equal in relationship to each other and do not build up or set up any electrostatic conditions or charges to distort data and Vcc transmission. Insulators also mechanically damp and stabilize the topology so electrical parameters do not shift along the length of the cable like suspended designs. Finally, the discrete Data +/- and Vcc/Gnd cables within the USB are screened from each other and from outside RFI/EMI interferences using a technique proprietary to RSAD. BUILD TECHNIQUE Finally, the build technique introduces ZERO tension to the conductors during the entire tight tolerance build process. This is critical to avoid fractures due to stretching, particularly of the delicate Data lines. All mass produced wire and cabling - USB or otherwise - goes through some degree of tensioning that stretches the wire. Not good!
