Writing for Children

Not in Room 204 (Albert Whitman & Co., March 2007) is a picture book about Regina Lillian Hadwig, a girl who finds safety in the rules of her classroom—and the courage to tell her teacher that she has been sexually abused.

Not in Room 204 wins the 2007 Oregon Book Award for Children's LIterature and is named a Chicago Public Library Best of the Best Book!
