Programs and Committees

Park Stewardship
Let us know what part of the park you'd like to look after. Whether it's sweeping the courts, watering flowers we've planted, tackling trash, or battling invasives, your help can make a difference throughout the year.

Park Safety
Keeping our park safe is everyone's job. If you see something, report it! From a maintenance issue, vandalism, or dangerous activity... We work closely with Ringer Playground Crime Watch.

Development Committee
Further physical improvements to the park will require additional monies. For our endeavors great and small, we'll be working hard on development/grant writing efforts.

Master Plan
FORP worked hard on assembling community input with forums and meetings, facilitating the master planning process for Ringer Park with Boston Parks & Recreation. Going forward, we will be helping to implement pieces of this plan.

Conservation and Recreation Advocacy
FORP realizes Ringer Park is just one piece of Boston's parkland network. By lending our support to city- and statewide efforts on behalf of our parks, we can help ensure adequate government funding to preserve our urban wilds and outdoor recreation resources now and in the future.
