OBJECTIVE

Develop, design, and implement your website. This process will include providing the appropriate domain name for your organizations website, establishing a website host, establishing your e-mail account, designing and uploading your website to the host and providing updates for your site. We will do the research to find what domain names are available and provide a list for you to choose from.

We will provide professional assistance related to this new endeavor and to coordinate and communicate with you on all aspects of the process. Success of this project is dependent not only on the staff of Riverbend Consulting, but also on your desire and willingness to keep the website active and informative. A website that is static or contains inaccurate or out of date information may hinder your objectives and goals.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

This project requires your involvement. The success of the web site is dependent on your effort to provide timely information to keep the site current and informative. To help achieve a smooth and successful implementation, it will be your responsibility to perform the following:

  • Assemble up-to-date information based on what is required by each page on your site.
  • Provide a point of contact for all matters concerning the implementation of this project and to provide information to update your site.
  • Send to Riverbend Consulting via E-mail any items you wish to use (photos, newsletters, calendars etc). Items that require scanning by Riverbend Consulting, may incur an extra cost to you.

OUR SERVICES

  • We will assist you in planning your wants and needs for the website.
  • We will procure a domain name and contract with a web host. This includes an email account with multiple email boxes. Currently the web host provides 1200 E-Mail addresses. This is subject to change.
  • We will design the site using stock templates. Client provided photos, newsletters, calendars, and videos are always welcome for use on your site. Sorry, but Client designed web layouts or templates cannot be used. Client designed web sites using a free web service cannot be used.
  • We will upload the site to the web host server and test the site for functionality.
  • We will update your site as needed.

COSTS AND PROFESSIONAL FEES

  • Setup - $250 - One time cost.
  • Web hosting - $85 per year. This cost is billed semi-annually. You will be sent an invoice.
  • Domain Name - Included with Web hosting.
  • Email - Included with web hosting.
  • Monthly Web Statistic Report -  Included with web hosting
  • Site Updates - $300 per year. This cost is billed semi-annually. You will be sent an invoice.
  • Custom Graphics - $50 per graphic. Photo touchups and resizing are considered custom graphics.

START UP FEES

  • Setup    $250
  • First half of Site Updates  $150
  • First half of Web hosting  $42.50
