Nursery School Philosophy Learning Setting Class Schedules Enrollment

The philosophy which guides our curriculum is that young children learn best by doing. Our program is designed to provide experiences in an environment that enriches and enhances each child's social, emotional, cognitive, physical, and spiritual growth.

Goals of Our Curriculum

Our curriculum identifies goals in the following areas of child development:

  • Social Development: To successfully make the transition from home to school, to Develop relationships with other children and adults and to develop a sense of belonging.
  • Emotional Development: To develop responsibility, independence, self-control, and a positive attitude toward life and learning.
  • Cognitive Development: To assist children in becoming confident and successful learners by guiding them in their learning skill such as problem solving, asking questions, logical thinking, observing, and communicating.
  • Physical Development: To help children develop their large and small motor skills.
