Aldebaran/Wovoka Subsector

Wovoka Subsector was one of the early battlegrounds of the SA War. As a result, its infrastructure was ravaged, and most of its population was either killed or emigrated spinward to the worlds of the Lilain Main. Only in recent years have attempts been made to rebuild and repopulate the subsector. The red-zone interdictions of Tyne and Angus are due to be lifted later this year (5639), since decontamination of the planets' biospheres has finally been completed. Teams from the Confederation of Lilain have already begun recolonization procedures.

Drinny is home to the Drin, a protected minor race of Humaniti.

Wovoka has a total population of 33.79 billion, and the highest tech level is D at Metzler.
