Lead Delegate: Lord Allyn Wittanen

Homeworld: Capella (Solomani Rim 1440), currently residing on Aquitaine (Bootean League capital, Solomani Rim 1439)

Notes: Allyn is the 115th Lord Wittanen, the latest of a line that stretches back more that 2600 years. The Wittanens are the richest family in the Capella Belt, as well as one of the top 25 wealthiest families in the entire League. In addition to his hereditary position in the Adelsstandkonklave, the ruling body of Capella, Lord Wittanen is also a Baron in the Bootean Peerage.
He's a prominent figure in the Imperial Reunification movement.
Formally a senior member of the Aquitaini consular staff (5623-5638)
Lord Allyn's cousin Coralie Wittanen is the wife of the League's Vice President.
The new Imperial Ambassador to Lapis, Sir Sabastian Thale, is a close personal friend.
Although he makes occasional trips back to Capella to fulfill his responsibilities as a member of the Adelsstandkonklave, rumor has it that he doesn't visit the family arcology very often.
He has a reputation of being a bit of a gossip, although otherwise is noted as being very easy to work with

As a diplomat, he's very sociable, charismatic, cultured, and urbane. He's *patient* too. A good strategy for working with Lord Allyn is to socialize with him *after* the daily conference sessions, in an informal atmosphere. I've found him to be a very pleasant and charming dinner companion myself..."

Assistant Delegate: Roland Taylor

Age: 42

Homeworld: Hamilcar (Solomani Rim 1738)

Notes: Roland served three terms with the Hamilcaran Navy, then joined the Bootean Trade Regulatory Commission in 5630. He's currently a Senior Inspector in the BTRC, although there have been recent reports that his position in the organization is "shaky". He is unmarried.
His sister Tianna is the current Miss Hamilcar, who took over the title on day 102 after the original winner was disqualified for using pheromonal enhancement. Tianna arrived on Lapis on day 121.

Consul Gousseau Speaks: "Assistant Delegate Roland Taylor is ex-military, and he has carried that military discipline over to his current career. He is meticulous, reserved, logical and *very* hard to read. He tends to be a quiet man during negotiations, but don't let that fool you. He doesn't miss a *thing*, and he makes his words *count*. The way to best deal with him during the conference is to appeal to his intelligence and logic."

Notes: President of AeroGrav LIC, a leading Bootean manufacturer of grav vehicles and grav components
A posh woman with expensive tastes. AeroGrav is known to have a *very* high turnover rate amongst its upper management.
She's married with a 20 year old son. Her husband Greg in the senior Vantage representative in the League Council.

Consul Gousseau Speaks: "Ms. Forrester comes from a strictly corporate background, so I don't have any personal experience with her negotiating style. However, I have heard that she's scrupulously above-board in her dealings, and that she never, *ever* goes back on her word. On the other hand, word has it that Ms. Forrester is an *awful* person to have to work for, and that she terribly "high-maintenance" from a personal standpoint"

Intel Operative: Anewa Yoon

Age: 26

Homeworld: Lepar (Aldebaran 1302)

Notes: Ms. Yoon is unmarried.
A member of Bootean Intelligence, she appears to specialize in deep-cover surveillance ops.

Research: Bebe Latrice

Age: 33

Homeworld: Aquitaine (Bootean League capital, Solomani Rim 1439)

Notes: Ms. Latrice was married early in 5627 to a free trader captain, but his ship disppeared and was assumed lost in jumpspace only eighteen months later.
A popular figure on the Bootean talk show and lecture circuit, Bebe Latrice is a social psychologist who specializes in the psychology of politics and diplomacy.
While she usually keeps her own political views very close to her vest, it is generally believed that Ms. Latrice's overall outlook is conservative.
Her older brother Paul Astell is the mayor of Halcyon, Aquitaine's largest city, and as campaign manager she was instrumental in his successful re-election in 5637.
Jarold Astell, Ms. Latrice's father, is the recently retired head of Bootean Intelligence.

Tech: Tara Vanderver

Age: 33

Homeworld: Sequoyah (Solomani Rim 1337), currently residing on Aquitaine (Bootean League capital, Solomani Rim 1439)

Notes: Unmarried.
Holds an MS in geology and a PhD in meteorlogical engineering
Tara is a meteorlogical engineer, who until a year and a half ago was the chief engineer of Halcyon's weather modification system.
Her father, Henrick Vanderver, is a three-star general in the Bootean Rapid Response Force.

Consul Gousseau Speaks: "Why Ms. Vanderver is currently working for the Bootean delegation as a technical assistant is unknown, although she doesn't seem to have any sort of intel affiliation."
