The Public Affairs Section of Squadron 217 / Kentucky Wing is established to provide a link between the public and the Civil Air Patrol. The design of the Public Affairs Section is set to provide timely information within the unit, its subordinate and superordinate units, and with National Membership as well as with the national and local public. It will be the goal to present the truth without violating personal confidence and to maintain the guiding policies established by the National Board and the Command structure of the Civil Air Patrol.
