Can I rent Sun Fun Paradise for less than a week?  No, the South Seas Club Condo Association requires a 7day minimum rental. 

How far is the beach?  Our condo is directly on the beach with access via a footbridge located by the pool. 

Where is Tigertail Beach?  Tigertail Beach is approximately 50 yards from the private beach access footbridge.  At Tigertail Beach you can rent beach equipment including cabanas, umbrellas, chairs, sailboats, wind-surfers, water trikes, etc.

Is the pool heated?  Yes, the pool is heated and comfortable year round.

Are there charges to use the facilities at South Seas Club?  
Tennis charges currently are $17.00* per hour for soft court and $12.00* for hard court.
Boat Slip Rental is $87.00* per week.  Call South Seas Club at least 2 week before arrival to reserve.  The SSC dock facilities include boat slips, a boat lift for pressure washing your boat, and a floating dock for handicapped access. SSC provides numerous fish trays along the boardwalk attached to the docks.

Car Parking is $20.00* per vehicle for the length of your stay.
There is no charge for the use of the Pool or Physical Fitness Center.

What equipment is in the Physical Fitness Center?  2 Treadmills, 3 Bikes, 1 Universal with 5 stations, 1 Rowing Machine, 2 Health Riders.  There are no Free Weights.

Where can I find shopping and restaurants?  They are so near (starting about a quarter of a mile from the entrance to South Seas Club ) you could walk.

Where is the closest airport?
Ft. Myers - 50 min. drive
Ft. Lauderdale - 1 1/2 hours drive
Miami - 2 hours drive
Tampa - 2 1/2 hours drive
Orlando - 4 hours drive

What is the procedure to reserve Sun Fun Paradise?  We require $250 to reserve the condo.  The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.  Email epn22@yahoo.com to check on availability.   We can not reserve and finalize the rental until we receive a check for $250.  Call 847-729-7214 if you have any questions.
