ELVIS' CLAW MEMORIES
I have only been in CLAW since January 2000. My sisfur, Miss Jennie Kitty was a very active member of the Social Committee and Purring Paws. When she became sick with Feline Leukemia, I asked Meowmie if I could join CLAW and the Social Committee to send out the sick cards for Jennie. That started me on a wonderful journey. I joined the Social Committee and was made the leader of the sick team. I joined Purring Paws and purr each week for all the sick kitties and humans. I joined the Victorian Cat Society as an active member and Cats On Line where I learn a new project each month. My favorite memory of CLAW was when I graduated from CLAW University. I was so proud to get my degree and was the first kitty in my family to get a college degree (Jennie passed over the Rainbow Bridge before completing hers). It was a special moment to graduate with honors because I am a special needs kitty. I am, due to the very poor start in life, mildly retarded. In CLAW I am accepted for who I am and what I can do. CLAW is a place where every kitty can work up to their full potential. Thank you Queen Midnight for all you have done. Elvis
