This toy is a bit of a mystery and might not be the product of F.W. Muller, (however I believe it is a Muller).  Only 2 examples are known.  I've included it under the Muller name since it did appear in Muller's 1958 90th Anniversary catalog with "1868" identifying it and no other information.
