The very tiny Keller model 4/0 was advertised as the world's smallest working sewing machine. It is sometimes found in a really neat red/orange paperboard box (shown below) which adds at least 20%.  In addition the toy was sold in a slightly larger cardboard box that contained accessories such as extra spools of thread, needles and scissors.  The premier Keller 4 was sold in a small sewing basket with lid and extras ... this version sells in excess of $1,000.
The box shown on the left and below was the standard packaging for the Keller 4.  Few of these have survived making them a very desirable accessory.
