If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact me within 15 days of your purchase.  Due to the customized nature of my work, refunds generally are available only for non-delivery.  However, I will work with you to resolve any problems you have with the purchase.  Shipping charges will not be refunded unless it is my error or the product is defective. 

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges of $5 for one item and $8 for two items are applied for items which are mailed to you.

Privacy Policy

Robin's Hutch does not publish or share your personal information with outside parties.  Information will not be released to any other organization.  You may read the privacy policy of PayPal by going to their web site.

How to Place an Order

Additional Information on How To Order

Select your design from the Design pages; also note the color you want your design stitched in.
Select the wearable to apply your design on by size and color from clothing catalog.
Select any personalization you may want.
Repeat above steps for each item you want to order.
