- "Robs Law" has been assigned to a three person subcommittee (within the transportation committee) to examine feasibility and applicability among various vehicle types, work activities and hazardous conditions and will present findings at year end to full committee.
- Osha Letter of Interpretation:
Upon request, Osha has issued a letter of interpretation regarding the use of video and motion sensing technology while backing up trucks and equipment with blind spots. Click here to view the letter which confirms the use of reverse safety technology would constitute compliance independently with current Osha regulations.
