(lean is neverending), but rather a reference to the fundamental
rule that we start with engaging everyone (no exceptions) 100% in
understanding and implementing lean practices immediatly.
No
one achieved greatness by cutting costs. Costs will dissapear as
processes become lean. Leaning out processes never ends.
There
are a thousand words in a thousand books to explain "lean". The
words to remember are short and easy to understand: "Lean = the
relentless continuous elimination of waste".
