KITS
The kits are made to be removed in a matter of minutes if not seconds from your gun. There is no need for any modifications to the gun or barrels to use any of the kits (except any of the Stingray in wood stock kits).
Most of the kit bodies are made from strong but light weight vacuum formed .090 plastic (which can take a direct hit). The kits are for looks only and add no performance when using one of them (thats why they are called dress up kits) no added range, accuracy or full-auto. |

SPECIAL KITS
The Stingray in wood stock kits use the lower parts of the stingray (trigger, sear assembly and spring ) and are removed from the mark and placed into the wood stocks, no other modifications are done to the marker. The parts can all be removed from the stocks and placed back into the original handgrip assembly.
The Browning .30 and Browning .50 and Mg42 kits can fit most any type of paintball marker. |

SHIPPING
All items are mailed using the USPS 2-3 day priority mail with delivery confirmation or UPS unless otherwise stated or other arrangements are made prior to shipping. All deluxe replicas and paintball marker kits are insured for the full replacement value. |

RETURNS
C.C.C. works hard to make sure the customer is satisfied with their order.
To return an item you must first contact us and request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This can be done by contacting us at roja2007@comcast.net No returns will be excepted without the RAN.

C.C.C. excepts returns on most of the items within a 30 day period. However we reserve the right to deny any return after 30 days of delivery or if we feel the reason given does not warrant a RAN. Shipping charges are not refundable and the cost to return the item is the buyers responsibility. There is up to a 25% percent restocking fee on all authorized returns. Should a returned item be received and found not to have a problem or look as if it has been used or mistreated we reserve the right to return the item. Shipping fees are non-refundable and any Paypal fee taken during the purchase is non-refundable. |

NON RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The gun kits and replicas (deluxe or unbuilt)are NON RETURNABLE/REFUNDABLE do to the fact that each one is hand made to custom fit the marker it was ordered for and we can not re-cut it to fit another type of marker. The deluxe and unbuilt replicas are made to order and therefore can not be returned, all information and pictures are shown as to what is included with the deluxe and unbuilts. All paintball marker kits are test fired and checked for any problems before leaving the shop. |

REPLACEMENT
Should any item be received damaged a replacement can be requested if within the 30 day delivery time frame. The shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer for the replacement and we reserve the right to request the damaged item be returned before a replacement is sent. |

CANCELLATION
Once an item has been ordered there is up to a 25% percent cancellation fee applied if an order is cancelled before the time of shipping. We advise the wait time on the items of up to 4-6 weeks if out of stock. The plastic and all building materials are ordered at the end of every week to make sure we do not run out of anything needed to built the item(s) if out of stock, that means we are out the cost of plastic and materials should the order be cancelled whether it has been built or not. |
