OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Unfortunately we sometimes run out of some of our products and must built more to get them back into stock or to ship out for any orders that were already placed. We are always happy to answer any e-mail as to what is in or out of stock. If you are in need of our product(s) by a certain date or event please make sure to check with us to see if that item is in stock. All orders for any out of stock item(s) are worked on in the order they were received. Allow 4-6 weeks for any kit or item that is out of stock (average time is 2-3 weeks).

PAYPAL

All on-line orders are set up for payment through Paypal. Buyers trying to "speed-up" their order by opening a dispute with Paypal will not move their order any faster, instead all work on any order with an open Paypal dispute is STOPPED and will not continue till the dispute has been removed. We cannot ship any order while there is an open dispute as we are then not protected under the Paypal sellers protection plan. We advise to e-mail us before you order to see if that item is or is not in stock and as to the 4-6 week wait time for out of stock item(s). We always answer any e-mails as to the progress of the buyers order and an expected shipping date so opening a dispute will only slow down the time in which the order will be shipped. Please e-mail us before you open any dispute and allow us to get back to you on your order as the 1st step before opening a dispute.
