Rebuilding 1958 Plymouth Seats
Seats Before
As you can see from the photo at left, the seats were in bad shape. One of the first restoration efforts on my 58 Plymouth was reupholstering the seats. Original Auto Interiors in St. Clair, Michigan, assembled seat covers from the original vinyl and cloth that were ready to install. Al's Antique Auto Upholstery, West Hartford, CT, took on the task of installing the covers. All photos on this page are from 1988 - 89, shortly after I purchased the car.
