Profile

RMS Consulting is a PCB Design service bureau specializing in high-density digital PCB designs. Roseanne Lalonde is the owner and designer. She has been designing boards since 1979. She has extensive experience interfacing with PCB fab shops and PCA assembly houses, focusing on cost-effectiveness, manufacturability and reliability. She has managed PCB development from schematic through assembled product, including engineering documentation control.
Roseanne is IPC Certified, and has designed boards for Microsoft, HP, Logitech, Rockwell/Collins, General Dynamics, Appian Graphics, PDI, and others.
Design experience includes: Through hole, Surface mounted, Two sided, Multilayer, High Speed, Digital and Analog.

Netlist and Bill of Materials
Component datasheets (or websites)
Board mechanical specification
Schematic

Output can be any combination of the following things:
PCB database
Gerber files
Manufacturing CAM files
Basic Drill and Trim dimensional drawing and hole chart
Manufacturing support for bare board and assembly

Products/Services

PCB Design using Mentor Graphics "Pads Layout".
Schematic Capture using Orcad "Capture".
Hourly rate is $75.00/hr.
Firm design bids can be provided and are based on $2-4 per component pin, depending on complexity of design.
