| Via Crucis Walk through the Stations of the Cross in Jerusalem! Pictures of each station are included in this beautiful site! | |
| Eternal Word Television Network (EWTN) A robust site with plenty to keep the devout Catholic busy! A terrific electronic library with thousands of articles, prayers, pictures, and writings of Saints, Church Fathers and the Church. | |
| Catholic League for Religious and Civil Rights This is the largest and most effective organization in the United States that is devoted to eliminating the deepest bias in this country, anti-Catholicism. I am a member and have assisted with numerous letter-writing projects to illuminate organizations and individuals of their religious intolerance toward Catholics. If you think too much is made of this - for example: substitute a Jewish person or African American in the "humor" against the Catholic Church. Then ask yourself how long it would be, in those cases, before the ADL and ACLU would jump all over the comedians and network who display their kind of "humor". | |
| St. Gabriel Gift and Book Nook A place to purchase your Catholic goods. | |
| A Catholic Page For Lovers I was trying to think of a way to summarize what this site contained, but it became too difficult. All I can say is that everyone will find something interesting on it! | |
| Domestic-Church.Com An on-line magazine for Catholic families seeking to bring the life of the Church into their homes and daily lives. Although this site takes a loong time to download, it's worth the wait if you are looking for ways to enhance the spirituality and fun in the family while trying to stay Catholic against the onslaught of evil from TV, the government, and Hollywood (Nothing like stating the obvious, eh?). | |
| St. Michael Cyberspace Monastery The official web site of the real world community of the Legion of St. Michael. I am on a few lists with John-Paul Ignatius - a very direct and honest person. Just don't call him "nice". It is a pleasure to read his explanations and writings. |

| The Baker's Dozen A question and answer-type forum for people to ask their baking questions and get replies from almost anyone and anywhere. | |
| Bread Recipes You should be able to find the recipe you're looking for on this site. I have yet to try one of them. Maybe this weekend. | |
| The Bread Community Forum This is from Country Living Magazine and I have used this before to tweak the way I bake bread. A great source - it's similar to The Baker's Dozen. | |
| Traditional Lasagna This is also from Country Living. |

I've made sushi a few times. It is less expensive than I had expected. The most expensive thing (as you might guess, after the initial cost of the rice, vinegar, ginger root, etc.) is the fish. The only drawback to making Sushi is that no one else will eat it. On one hand that's good, more for you! But on the other hand it's a tad lonely. Does that make me three-handed??
| Rolling Your Own Sushi This is the first page I found for tips. It's very good. It's written by a guy from California who picked up Sushi-making like I have. |

Our family visited here once and fell in love with the place. I highly recommend visiting, especially north beyond Nags Head like Corolla.
| Outer Banks Connection This is the first place to go to find information about the Outer Banks. | |
| North Carolina's Outer Banks! This site announces that it is the "original Outer Banks Internet Initiative ..." At least one thing is GREAT about this site - the sounds of the ocean. While you search this web site, you are lulled by the gently crashing waves. | |
| Outer Banks Internet This seems like a way cool site with lots that would entertain the younger people. | |
