BPI was formed in 2005 by Founders and Investigators Aaron Galloway and Andrew Burns.
  Several members of BPI are involved in law enforcement and have experience in conducting detailed investigations.
Another member works in the psychiatric unit of a local hospital and is able to conduct interviews of eyewitnesses to determine their validity. 
The other members of the team have extensive knowledge in the religious, technological and research areas of paranormal investigation.
