Richard and Elda were married on August 18, 1998 in Cagayan De Oro City, Philippines.

Elda immigrated to the United States on March 6, 2000.

Our daughter, Mia Angela Carlson, was born on February 2, 2001.

Our son, Ian James Carlson, was born on June 8, 2004.
