Favorite Pictures:

Here is a collection of some of my all time favorite pictures. I hope that you enjoy them as much as I do!

Although not too flattering, this is probably my all time favorite picture. The photo is of myself, Paul and Don and was taken in our Freshman year back in 1985. We had just returned from sledding back in the woods behind Oakland University. The picture captures the time and feeling like no other I've taken since.

Here's the three of us 10 years later at Paul's Wedding (1995)

This picture was taken at about 7500 ft elevation on Mt. Rainer-- about half way through our 5000 foot death march in 1997. About 90% of the journey was through snow and as you can see from the picture we were seriously underdressed.  Even though it was a painful hike, it was definitely one of the greatest and most memorable experiences of my life.

This could have been a tragic story in the making - but thanks to Brian's quick actions and his knowledge of the heimlich manuever - the near disaster was averted (phew!). The Wedding turned out be a great time for all, and most importantly - Patti learned a valuable lesson about chewing her food.

Here is a normal picture of Brian and Patti

(Don, Michele & Pam 1993) This was absolutely, positively the most ass-kicking freezing cold day that I can remember. I think this picture captures the moment well. It was taken outside of the Skydome in Toronto.

(Don, Michele and Pam 1991)This was our first - and last - encounter with the infamous 'Taco Bell breakfast burrito'. We actually drove at about 85 mph for two hours straight to get to this specific Taco Bell before they closed their breakfast menu. After arriving 15 minutes too late, we patheticly pleaded with the entire staff to satisfy our cravings for a breakfast burrito. When they finally gave in, we jumped around like idiots and had the manager pose with us in this picture. Sorry to say, it was the worst breakfast that I've ever eaten.
