The chart shows the three standard biorhythm cycles. These include the 33 day intellectual cycle, the 28 day emotional cycle, and the 23 day physical cycle.

In addition to drawing the biorhythm cycles, each critical day is labeled for the month displayed. Critical days are those days in which one or more of the biorhythm cycles cross the neutral line. At that time, one's system is said to be in a state of flux, and it may be desirable to exhibit caution. The buttons allow the user to move forward or back by month and year and search for upcoming double and triple critical days. You can also save the chart to your photo gallery to view or email later.
