Hal Bidlack formally announced his candidacy for the House seat from Colorado's 5th Congressional District today, seeking to be the next veteran serving in Congress. "I may not be the first to say this," he admitted, "but it's time for a change."It's time for this nation to again live in a reality-based world, to realize that the dollars we take from our children do not make today better. Families should not have to choose between filling their refrigertor and filling a prescription."
