Finally to those who were not able to attend this year…we missed you. The 2009 Portland Dance Festival is tentatively scheduled for July 10-12, 2009.  Please make plans to be with us next year at the Northwest’s largest Country and Swing dance party. We promise you won’t be disappointed!

Best Wishes to all of our friends in dance. See you next year.

2008 Portland Dance Festival

The Northwest's Largest Dance Party!

Thank You!

THANK YOU EVERYONE that attended this year’s Portland Dance Festival. We hope your experience was everything you expected and more.

In spite of last year’s unplanned hiatus, you were back in full force! The workshops were very well attended; participation in the Pro-Am Jack and Jill on Friday night and the social Jack and Jills on Sunday was up, and the dinner show was the best it’s been in recent memory.

Our decorating crews did a wonderful job with the “Under Construction” theme ~ thanks to our decorations coordinator Sande George and our favorite contractor Tim Damm, who loaned us all of the road signs, barricades and traffic cones. We’d also like to extend a huge thank you to the Portland Swing Dance Club, and especially to Leah Gross and Dennis Schalk, for doing a terrific job decorating the swing room.
