The Northwest’s Largest Dance Party has come and gone for 2009 and we all had an awesome time!
We’d like to thank everyone that took time out of your busy lives to join us for yet another great weekend of dancing and frivolity. The UCWDC portion of this year’s event was bigger than last, and we were happy to welcome several participants in line dance competition. Just Dance and Jack and Jill divisions were again strong and the dinner show was amazing.
The “Alice in Wonderland” theme was a huge success with lots of you getting all decked out in your “Alice” attire. Even our staff even go into the act...what a joy to see them having so much fun. Thank you volunteer and event staff for all of your excellent work!
The Portland Swing Dance Club once again stepped up to decorate and promote the swing room and their upcoming Bridgetown Swing event—Thank you PSDC for many years of partnership with the Portland Dance Festival. You add a great “flavor” to the event.
