Personal:
I am married, and we have two grown sons. My wife, Debbie, is a Reading Recovery teacher. Our younger son, Jon, holds a BFA in graphic design from Montclair State and is a graphic designer and illustrator. Our older son, Dave, completed his master's degree in mechanical engineering (biomechanics) at Rutgers and is working as a product design engineer. I am a Presbyterian minister, pastor of the First Presbyterian Church, Bridgeton, New Jersey.

 

Interests:
For fun, I have freshwater fishing, working out, reading, fooling with computers, and being with my family. I would like to learn Spanish. I'm also very interested in education, community development, and justice issues. I serve on the board for the Bridgeton Municipal Alliance and Youth to Youth Program. I'm also working on writing more.
