Travel Team Information for the Spring 2005

Registration Hours of Operation:

Saturdays during the season: 11:00 am – 1:00pm

Registration Information

All City League Players: $40.00*

All Travel Team Players: $55.00*

*Families with three children registered with WYS pay only $10.00 for the third child and each additional child is free. Travel fees and Late fees are not included in family discount.

The age groups are determined based on the age of the child on August 1st by the US Youth Soccer Association.

Spring 2005 Registration Instructions

• All players will be given a renewal registration card for the spring season by their coach.

• Parents should verify all information on the cards is correct. Any address, phone number or other changes should be made on the card.

• Payment must be made by check. Payments and cards can be mailed or placed in an envelope in the registration box at the Soccer Shack.

• Registration Drop-off Box is available Saturdays between 8am - 4pm at the Shack.

• All registrations are due by Nov 1.

• All existing travel players returning to the same team must be registered by Nov 1.

• All registrations received after Nov 1 will be charged a $10.00 late fee.

New Player Registration

• New player registration will be accepted on October 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th from 8a.m. - 4p.m. in the drop-off box next to the Shack.

• In order to start playing soccer for the spring season, your child must be 6 years old before August 1, 2005.

• All new player registrations must include a non returnable certified birth certificate.

*All returning players registering after 11/1/04 will be charged a $10 late fee.

All new and returning players registering after 2/29/04 will be placed on a new team and will be notified in March. Requests will not be honored.
