Korolev Control Center (TsUP) at Korolev (formerly Kaliningrad). The building is nestlled next to the massive TsNIIMash complex which itself is across the street from the even larger RKK Energia complex.
Inside, the Mir control room, several daily communications sessions with Mir are held.
NASA's Mission Operations Support Team at TsUP has their own offices, documentation and equipment to anwser questions and guide NASA operations on Mir when shuttles are not docked.
