Pics of the Dinan Turbo System. I'll try to give more detail on the system at later date.

AFM SPRING ADDITION FOR EXTRA FUEL ADJUSTMENT
A DYNO CHART TELLS A THOUSAND WORDS
Below is the latest dyno chart running 17psi. The hp/torque curves in red/burgandy are 3rd gear and were 15psi. I believe 3rd gear will only hit15.5psi due to lack of exhaust energy and turbo is too small. Hp/torque curves in blue are 4th gear. Also, power in 4th is only 11hp more than the 12.6psi run below. This was due to a hot day(93deg F) and the IC was very hot during the test. The AFR is a little high and this needs tuning to be sorted properly. Im also speculating that the exhaust is too restrictive and more tuning needs to be done to extract more power from the increased boost. There may also be an issue with the turbo being too small, as third gear won't hit the 17psi that 4th gear does. Fixing all these things in combination may produce 360 rwhp?
Below is the dyno charts from 3/2002. Shows what a well tuned turbo system can do. Run was in 4th after a 13min
cool down with fan on the IC. These runs has the new CAI also with all problems in the engine fixed. All AFR readings
are good.
These were the first two runs with a hotter IC fron idling. First is in 3rd, second in 4th. I believe the higher
4th gear torque runs is due to larger exhaust volume is created in 4th gear.
Next is the old dyno run from 11/2001. Theres was alot wrong with the car, hence low power. Fuel pump
was too small, vacum line to Turbotronics computer and J&S Knock sensor was bad also.
