Produced end-user guides for an information management system for insurance agents, a Lotus 1-2-3-based expert system, and a logical database design tool. Head Children's Librarian, Kelley Library, Salem, NH

Responsible for all aspects of running the Children's Section of the third largest library in NH, including research, readers' advisory, training, supervising and scheduling staff, ordering books and other materials, preschool story hours, special educational events. Initiated the library's first automated system for handling overdue book notices using an Apple 2E.
