Lease Back Management Program

  • Are you having trouble justifying ownership of an RV?

  • Do you owe more than what your rig can be sold for?

  • Do you want to be able to make (depending upon model) over $15,000 per year from the rental of your unit?

Own your own RV for practically nothing.

Schedule your own use as often and as long as you like.

Rigs are usually paid for within 2 to 4 years.

No storage fees.

Your rig will be washed, cleaned, sealed and computer maintained in excellent condition (same as ours).

You supply the rig and we will do the rest.

Owners can supply multiple units.

We do the advertising, screen the applicants thoroughly, do the booking, collect the deposits and rental fees, and take care of your rig.

Receive a statement and a check in the mail once a month.

Renters are responsible for almost everything except normal wear. Our insurance covers accidental damages above $500. Your insurance need not come into play.

Normal maintenance costs not covered by renter, insurance or warranty will be split.

No smoking is allowed. No pets.

Once the RV is enrolled in our program, you'll be able to enjoy the following tax benefits:

  • Depreciation - Most owners use a 5-year depreciation schedule for income tax purposes. You can take 52% during the first 2 years alone.

  • Expenses - You'll be able to deduct insurance premiums, maintenance costs, any upgrades you might want on your motorhome, plus a 7-day write-off vacation each year. These now become business expenses.

  • Section 179 Deduction - Each year the government allows a capital investment purchase that can use an accelerated depreciation schedule for that investment. In 1999, that allowance was $19,000. (For more information, see Publication 946 from the Internal Revenue Service).

It would be advisable to visit your own accountant or tax advisor.
