Where to begin? Three years ago we set out on an expedition that has turned out to have changed my life forever. My friends and I have been through a lot, and I expect we'll have to weather more before we're done. I've listed our group and given a bit of
information about each of them. I hope you'll find it useful. My advice? Keep your weapons loaded, never let your friends down, and hold onto your bloody hat.

Professor George Edward Challenger ~ My friend and the man who inspires me. He is always looking for the scientific explaination for everything. He is truly the most intelligent man I've ever known. If we ever get off this plateau, I'm sure it will be because of him.

Finn~ An odd one is our Finn - from the future and yet strangely backward in some ways. She can't read or write well, but is a dead shot with her crossbow. She fits right in with our group and is a welcome addition.

Marguerite Krux ~ What can I say? She's smart, beautiful, and the woman I love. Yet, she can be so infuriating at the same time! Able to read any language, she's invaluable in our explorations. Just don't leave any stray jewels about for her to find!

Veronica Layton ~ Born and raised on the Plateau, Veronica has befriended us and made us part of her family. She is the Protector of the Plateau, is strong and wise, and a wonderful artist. She rather fancies Ned by the way...

Edward T. "Ned" Malone ~ A journalist, he came on this journey to document Challenger's finds. He's come to be my friend and a good man to have your back in a fight. He crazy about Veronica, but the poor lad doesn't quite know how to get on with it!

Lord John Roxton ~ I suppose I'd best tell you a bit about me. To start, just call me Roxton - I'm the one with all the guns. I do my best to keep everyone safe. I'm having the adventure of my life on the Plateau, and it beats big-game hunting any day.
