Paris News ServiceDEPORT -- The funeral of Mrs. Myrtle Beulah Skidmore, 67, of Cunningham, was held Wednesday morning in Cunningham Pentecostal Church by Sister Virgie Temple. Grant Funeral Home here made internment to Woodard Cemetery.
Mrs. Skidmore, widow of Ruse Skidmore, was born Feb. 16, 1896, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W.W. Davis. She died in her sleep at home early Monday after long illness.
She leaves these children: Mrs. James Conder, Paris; Mrs. Frank Ward and Mrs. Arch Gordon, Amarillo; Perry Skidmore, Warren, Ariz.; Mrs. Floyd Hatcher, Childress; Harley Skidmore, Lockney; Mrs. Earl Scott, Borger; Joe Skidmore and Gene Skidmore, Lubbock and Rab Skidmore, Deport; 27 other descendants; these brothers and sisters; Jim Davis, Paris; Nat Davis and John Davis, Matador; W.W.
